It is no secret that I’m a big fan of conferences. I use them as both a great source of information and a great source of new conversations… 2007 marks an important year for Tricastmedia. We are going to be at JavaONE ‘07. And we’d be officially launching TWUIK. We have also submitted Tricast Mail and TWUIK for the Duke’s Choice Award.

A J2ME rich media player built with TWUIK in 100KB, bringing dazzling graphics and advanced interactivity. TWUIK’s unique, flexible, modular architecture allows it to be easily integrated with low-level hardware, operating system, and software functionality.

TWUIK is developed for J2ME devices, it’s cross-platform capabilities bridge the gap between different makes and models of handsets, making it possible for wireless operators and handset OEMs/ODMs to create a customized, branded user experience that is uniform across all devices.

Phew, what a week. Lots of stimulating discussions, meetings with companies new & old, briefings, client catch-ups… And LOTS of walking about around the exhibition halls… apologies for the lack of blog posting here…

Nothing much has changed, except cosmetic touches to the UI… webmail, pop, imap all included… but with enhanced UI based on our new MTMP (Multiple Transport, Multiple Protocol) architecture. Speed as demonstrated in our earlier video posting.
