Technical Support and Maintenance

Licensees with valid support and maintenance contracts are entitled to email and web access to Tricast’s technical support organisation.  There is no limit to the number of incidents or tickets you can raise.

Minor upgrades are free within one major revision (e.g. 3.xx → 3.yy) to customers with an active support and maintenance contract. (Major version upgrades are available to existing licensees at significant discounts.)

Twelve months support and maintenance is included with each new licence purchase.  Licensees may then renew their support contract on an annual basis to receive continued technical support and free upgrades.

When you purchase the TWUIK SDK, you will receive a unique username from Tricast which allows login access to the TWUIK support and maintenance service.  If you purchase multiple licences, a single username will be issued that provides access to the support site for all of your users of the purchased copies.  We recommend you share this username internally so that all of your users have access to support.
